I have now proven that I was right twice; for being denied quality home care, and being wrongfully charged by staff that were trying to coerce me to Assisted Dying and not providing even the necessities of life. I will be right the third time for the most important fight, if given a chance.
The wrongful charges by nurse accusers have just been fully withdrawn by the Crown Attorney on June 28, 2019.
I thank my lawyer Ken J. Berger for assisting me with accessing Self-Directed Funding and getting my wrongful charges completely withdrawn by the Crown Attorney.
 Thankfully, I can now turn my full attention to my Constitutional case, to ensure that my life and others similarly situated will be adequately protected and respected in Canada and across the globe.
